We rotationally grazing our steers throughout the spring, summer, and fall. They are 100% grass-fed, giving you the finest taste and nutrition you can buy. Cook it slow and you will find it's the best beef you've ever had. Our beef is available by the cut throughout the year or in bulk, as quarters, a couple times throughout the year.
Our pork is some of the best pork you can find. We raise our pigs on rotating wooded pastures, feed them organic, soy-free feed, and let them root and wallow to their hearts' content. The meat is superb and flavorful, while the health benefits you get from animals high in Omega-3 fatty acids will make you proud to serve it to your family.
Delivery Options: We will schedule drop-off appointments in both the Milwaukee and Madison areas each time we butcher. If you cannot make it to a drop-off arrangement, you can swing by the farm and pick up your food. Happy eating!
