**Our beef is $5.00/lb hanging weight + customer pays the processing costs at Beck's Meats.**
 
You pay the deposit up front, and then I will invoice you for the remaining amount once the butcher tells me the hanging weight. Past hanging weights have been around 150 lbs per quarter, and you get to choose how you want the meat cut.
